FABRICATION CAPABILITIES

Custom shop fabricated tanks, vessels, columns, bins, hoppers, and silos for the Food, Meat, Poultry, Dairy, Beverage, Chemical, Petro-Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Pulp and Paper, Health and Beauty Aid, Paint, Cosmetics, and many other industries.

Stainless Steel and High Alloy materials: finishes from mill, non-polished to 320 grit sanitary polish (as low as 7 Ra), and electropolishing.

On-site fabrication, modification, and alterations including ASME Code vessels, R-Stamp, on site fabrication up to 250,000 gallon capacity.

Components include dimpled (embossed) heat transfer surface, half pipe coils, conventional open type jacket, internal helical or spiral pipe coils, agitation, insulation, small skid systems and instrumentation.  Complete glycol systems, oil or other heating and cooling skids ready for installation are also available.
